We get it, sometimes our wood doesn’t satisfy the way we want it to. If you aren’t satisfied with your product, our return policy is outlined below. Due to the consumable nature of the Hot Box product, we reserve the right to approve or deny any return, refund, and/or exchange requests.
For damaged product: If you receive a damaged Hot Box and would like to return it, please take a photo of the damaged box and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “Damaged Product” and your order #. After review, we can either send a replacement product, or process a refund.
Other Reason: If you receive the Hot Box and are unsatisfied with it for any reason, you are able to return it for a full refund. The box must contain 50% or more of product in order to receive a full refund. Please email email@example.com to request a return shipping label with the subject line “Return Request” and your order #.
You may return a product within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Please note that refunds may take up to one billing cycle to show up in your account. Replacement products can take up to seven business days to arrive after the return is processed.
